•  $1.5 Million Medical Device Trial-

  Jury returned a $1.5 Million verdict in a three week Federal Court trial in favor of our client in a medical device dispute. 

•  $1.5 Million  Car Accident-

  Defendant swerved head-on into our clients’ father’s vehicle while she was using her GPS unit killing our clients’ father.  The wreck happened in Cumming, Georgia.   

•  $1.4 Million Workplace Wrongful Death-

Family lost their loved one in a tragic forklift accident while at work.  The defendant companies fought the case on the grounds that workers’ compensation law barred pursuit of an independent action for the death.  Our attorneys were able to show the defense how that argument was not likely to prevail given the circumstances of many different companies involved in the operation and negligence that killed the worker.  

•  $1.2 Million  Head-On Auto Accident-

Client and her husband were involved in a head-on collision in Dawsonville, Georgia when the defendant lost control of his vehicle and crossed the center line.  Our client’s husband was killed in the accident and our client sustained severe injuries she fully recovered from.  We were able to obtain policy limits from all insurance available in the case including $1 Million more in UM coverage than listed on the policy due to the insurance company’s failure to follow Georgia law.  

 $1.1 Million Motorcycle Crash-

Policy limits recovered for our client who was severely injured when a truck turned in front of his motorcycle causing him strike the truck and land on the other side on the pavement.   Our lawyers were able to obtain more UM coverage than listed on the policy due to the insurance company’s failure to follow Georgia law.  

•  $1.1 Million  Accidental Shooting-

Client accidentally shot and killed his wife in their backyard while he was target practicing.  Life insurance company refused to pay insurance benefits to husband arguing that he murdered his wife.   

•  $1 Million Tractor Trailer Wreck- 

Policy limits recovery for client severely injured in a truck accident in Atlanta.  Client sustained severe injuries and required extensive treatment to recover.  

•  $750,000.00 Tractor Trailer Collision-   

Mediation successfully resolved this tractor-trailer accident case before trial.  Our clients sustained back injuries due a negligent trucker who struck their vehicle in rush hour traffic in Atlanta on I-285. 

•  $665,000.00 Black Mold Case-   

 Our clients home was damaged by black mold and they received personal injuries due to exposure to the mold.  

•  $425,000.00 Dram Shop Car Accident-

Client was severely injured as a passenger in a single car accident.  His friend had been drinking heavily at a restaurant, lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree on the passenger side where our client was sitting at a high rate of speed.  We were able to recover against the restaurant that over served alcohol to the driver. 

 $400,000.00 Fall Case-

Client tripped and fell outside of a hospital due to a raised area of concrete on a walking surface in the parking lot of the establishment.   Our client broke her wrist and fractured her hip in the fall.  

•  $367,500.00 Product Liability-

A defective consumer product caused our client to suffer severe neck injuries in a fall.  Pre-suit mediation resolved the matter once it came to light that there was another lawsuit regarding the same product resulting in similar injuries to another plaintiff.  

•  $250,000.00 Auto Accident-  

Rear-end, three car collision caused our client to suffer cervical herniated discs.  There was only $300,000.00 in insurance coverage in the case.

•  Rear-End Collision Policy Limits-

Cumming, Georgia rear-end collision where the at-fault driver had no insurance.  We were able to obtain the $250,000.00 policy limits of our client’s UM coverage.  

•  Motorcycle Crash Policy Limits-

Wife was severely injured and lost her husband when he had to lay his bike down due to an intoxicated driver who turned in front of his motorcycle.  At-fault driver had minimum coverage and we were able to obtain policy limits of all available insurance coverage from at-fault driver and our clients’ UM coverage.  

•  $230,000.00 Work Injury-

Our client was a butcher who broke several bones in his right hand when his sleeve got caught in a meat grinder at work.  The device had been poorly maintained and its safety mechanism that would have prevented the injury failed to protect our client.  

•  $165,000.00 Pre-Existing Injury Case-

Rear-end auto accident in which our client suffered additional injuries to his back.  At-fault driver backed his vehicle into our client’s vehicle at a high rate of speed in a parking lot.  Our client had been in a wreck the year before sustaining injuries to his back that were made worse by this accident. 

•  $150,000.00 Slip and Fall Injury-

Client slipped on a brown substance in a busy establishment.  He suffered severe knee injuries to a knee that he had undergone prior surgeries to repair.  

•  $143,000.00 Wreck-

T-bone collision in which our clients were injured in Fayetteville, Georgia.  Wife sustained a fractured ankle and husband was not severely injured. 

•  $125,000.00  Collision With School Bus-

School bus full of children struck our client’s vehicle head-on causing him to suffer soft tissue injuries. 

•  Debris From Truck Policy Limits-

Unsecured metal from an unknown commercial vehicle struck our client’s windshield on I-285 in Atlanta causing him to lose control of his vehicle.  The unidentified truck was never found so our attorneys were able to secure the policy limits of our client’s UM insurance coverage. 

•  $85,000.00 Dog Bite Case-

An unleashed neighborhood dog bit and knocked our client to the ground causing her to suffer a bite wound to her hand and severe back injuries.
